Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.

For this version of Dora we adjusted our post whirlpool process timing.

Hopped with all the Citra, the result is saturated hop juice, ripe in citrus, tropical notes and some crushed mango.
